How it works, in detail

   You pick the decree, not the rules

   In the catalogue you subscribe to the decree that covers you, CPEEP Montréal, CPEEP Québec, a construction agreement, or the labour standards base. Everything it holds comes with it: job classes, rates, premiums, holidays, banks, territory.

   Maintained by us, read-only on your side

   A decree from the catalogue is locked: neither you nor anyone else can change a value by accident. Amendments (new grids, new versions) are published automatically, dated, with nothing for you to do.

   The right rate, on the right day

   Every version carries its effective date. A raise signed today for November 1 is already in the system, visible as a future rate, and applies on its own on November 1: including across a period that straddles both regimes.
