The rate works through marginal brackets, exactly like income tax bands: each active user is billed at the rate of the bracket they fall into. With 50 active users you pay 29 × $4.99 + 21 × $3.99 = $228.50, not 50 × $4.99. Your effective average rate therefore drops as your team grows, with nothing to request.

The rule fits in one sentence: any write makes a user active, viewing is always free. An active user is an Employee or Supervisor account with at least one write recorded during the monthly cycle: a scheduled shift, a recorded absence, a punch, a timesheet, a document filed, a signature, a leave request, availability entered… Simply logging in, checking one's schedule, reading messages and managing one's own account never count. Messaging comes with an allowance of ten free actions per person per month (sends, edits, reactions): past that, the user counts as active. Conversely, a profile with not a single write across the whole cycle costs $0.00, you don't have to archive or delete it, and it regains its active status at its next write.

You keep their profiles in the app, with their full history, without archiving them. If they don't work this month, they are not billed. As soon as they come back, the profile becomes active again automatically, with no reactivation fee or paperwork.

Yes. The CPEEP and CCQ decrees can be enabled and disabled at any time, as your job sites and contracts evolve. They are billed at a flat price per company for the cycles during which they are active, whatever the number of employees or organizations attached to the account.

Yes, both, at the same tapered rate as employees: a supervisor uses the app all day long, an administrator exports the registers and locks payroll · each occupies a seat like anyone else, and is only billed if they were active during the month. One price for every role, so no role to pick to save money, and no cap on the number of administrators. One exception only: the account holder never pays for their own seat.

Yes. The $9.99 monthly LNT base is the fixed platform access fee: every company pays it, whatever its size. It includes the Quebec labour standards compliance engine, with automatic 1/20th calculation for statutory holidays, hour and vacation bank management, and pre-payroll reports. The CPEEP and CCQ decrees, by contrast, are optional: you turn them on only if your sector requires it, and they stack on top of the base.

Neither. There are no setup fees, no configuration fees and no mandatory paid training, and no long-term contract: you can stop at any time. Only optional purchases unrelated to the subscription, are billed separately.

The count is established automatically at the end of the cycle from the system's activity logs, and your split across the brackets is recalculated every month. You never pay for dormant accounts: ideal if you rely on subcontractors or have seasonal turnover.
