How it works, in detail

   The template is built once

   You assemble the columns your provider expects: a header code and the Clic Horaire value that goes under it. The template is saved under a name (“Nethris weekly payroll”, say) and recalled every period. You can keep several, one per software or per organisation.

2. 2

   A preview freezes nothing

   The pre-payroll export shows the period as it stands the moment you ask for it, locking nothing: it is made to be looked at, corrected and looked at again. Once the figures are right, the pay run takes over and freezes the period.

   Excel or CSV, whichever the machine on the other end swallows

   The same template produces an Excel file a human can read or a raw CSV for automatic import. Timesheets still awaiting approval are left out of the file and flagged before the download, so no pre-payroll leaves with unvalidated hours.
