Four agreements, not one
Civil engineering and roads, institutional-commercial, industrial, residential: the four 2025-2029 sector agreements each have their own standard week, uplifts and premiums. The same trade is not computed the same way from one sector to the next.

The site punched decides
A worker moving from an industrial site to a residential one in the same week changes agreement by changing site. The engine applies the one for the site actually punched, shift by shift, with nobody having to remember it.

Trades, occupations and competency cards
Every worker carries their trade or occupation and their card, which determines their rate and what they are allowed to do. It is also what feeds the monthly declaration to the Commission de la construction du Québec.
