How it works, in detail

   The report the parity committee expects

   The monthly electronic report is produced in the committee portal's format, from the hours worked and the wages paid to the staff covered by the decree. You check it on screen before downloading it, then file it on the committee's portal.

   Warned before the deadline, not after

   The screen lists the periods to file, those already filed and those nearing their due date, along with the notices standing in the way of a clean filing: unapproved timesheets, an unclosed period, an employee with no job class. You fix it before, not after a committee notice.

   The annual filings too, not just the monthly one

   Opening and closing of sick hours, surplus deposit, allocation forms: the decree's annual documents are produced in the same place, from the same data, and stay available in the history.
