How it works, in detail

   Four threads, one place

   Conversations are filed by nature: one to one, by project, by client and by partner, plus announcements sent to the whole organisation. You find a discussion because it is filed where it happened, not because you remember the name of a group text.

   What actually gets exchanged on a site

   A photo of a part to order, a document from the file, a pin to say where the entrance is, a mention to reach one person in particular. All of it in the same tool as the schedule, so someone picking the file up six months later can read it.

   An employee with no shift can still write

   An employee with no shift in the month gets ten free messaging actions (sends, edits and reactions combined, counted per person): enough to announce a return, ask a question or send a document. Past that, their record counts as active for billing, unless you would rather block sending than pay for it. Reading, and acknowledging an urgent instruction, always stay free.
