How it works, in detail

Every site has its own record
Client, address, sector, dates, status: a site is a record, not a free-text label. It carries the applicable rules and receives the hours: and it is also what appears on the field map, at its real position.

An employee can change sites mid-week
Assignment happens shift by shift. Three days on one site, two on another: each day is computed under the agreement and allowances of the site where it was worked, with no double entry and no manual split at period end.

Cost reads by project
Hours, uplifts and premiums add up per site and per client. You know what a contract has cost in labour while it is running, not three months after it ends.
