How it works, in detail

    Consolidated by worker, by trade and by site

    The monthly declaration expects hours and wages broken down along those three axes. They are produced from the shifts actually punched and approved, not from a month-end reconstruction done from memory.

    Checked on screen before it leaves

    The report appears with its totals and its notices before download: unapproved timesheets, a worker with no trade, a site with no sector. Those are exactly the points a declaration gets sent back on.

    Periods follow one another

    The screen keeps the list of months filed, in progress and upcoming, with their deadlines. A forgotten declaration shows up in the list rather than in a notice from the Commission.
