What is the difference with the Montreal region decree?
The work is the same, but the text, the wage grid and the joint committee differ. The Montreal region decree (D-2, r. 15) applies to the municipalities in its Schedule I; the Quebec City region decree (D-2, r. 16) covers the rest of Quebec's territory. Each committee receives its own monthly report and its own contributions.
